Our gold version, manufactured with 22K gold-plated metal, is worn only on the epaulettes of the Blue Dress Sweater. The black metal Master Sergeant insignia is also worn on epaulettes (Tanker Jacket and Green Service Sweater), as well as on the collars of coats (Utility, All-Weather, Maternity Working Uniform) and organizational clothing items like (coveralls, food services uniform, etc.). On the Extended Cold Weather Clothing System parka, a single black pin-on metal rank insignia is worn centered on the pad found on the zipper flap.
