U.S. ARMY 7TH MISSION SUPPORT COMMAND COMBAT SERVICE ID BADGE (CSIB)

On 25 October 2009 the United States 7th Army Reserve Command (ARCOM) was redesignated as 7th Civil Support Command. The redesignated unit was assigned to the 21st Theater Sustainment Command, which supports U.S. Army Europe. In September 2015, the Command was redesignated again, this time to 7th Mission Support Command.

In keeping with its motto of "All Ready, Already Here," the 7th U.S. Mission Support Command the only forward-stationed Reserve command in the U.S. Army. It is made up of 22 units and nearly 1,000 drilling reservists stationed in Germany and Italy. A group of active-guard reserves, active-duty soldiers, military technicians provide full-time support for unit readiness and individual needs.
 
Five units were deployed from 7th U.S. ARCOM during the 1993 Gulf War. In 1998, the Command won the Army Communities of Excellence competition (Army Reserve category).
