The 365th Engineer Battalion is a United States Army Reserve unit. As of Spring 2023, its HQ and HQ Company is located at Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania and is assigned to the 411th Engineer Brigade, 412th Engineer Command.
Also known as a unit crest or DUI, the 365th Engineer Battalion Distinctive Unit Insignia was originally approved for the 365th Engineer Aviation Battalion on 9 January 1958. It was redesignated for the 365th Engineer Battalion on 28 July 1959.
Crafted entirely in scarlet and white (silver), official branch colors of the Army Corps of Engineers, the 411th Engineer Battalion Distinctive Unit Insignia features a winged bulldozer as an emblem of the Battalion’s functions and its ties to Army Aviation. “Fast-Rugged” is the Battalion motto.

Also known as a unit crest or DUI, the Distinctive Unit Insignia is worn by all Soldiers (except General Officers) in units that have been authorized to be issued the device. It is worn centered on the shoulder loops of the Army Green Service Uniform (AGSU) and the blue Army Service Uniform (Enlisted only) with the base of the insignia toward the outside shoulder seam. DUIs are not worn on the Dress variations of either uniform, however.
Full guidance on wear of the DUI is found in DA Pamphlet 670-1,
Section 21-22, "Distinctive unit insignia."
