This adjustable US Navy Cummerbund is worn by navy officers and Chiefs (E7 and above).
It can be worn on the US Navy Formal Dress Uniform, the US Navy Dinner Dress Blue Jacket Uniform and the US Navy Dinner Dress White Jacket Uniform. This cummerbund is adjustable so it will fit your waist size. When worn, the pleats should be up, around the waist overlapping the trouser (or skirt) top for at least 1 inch.
