USMC DRESS BLUE SKIRT

Note: This skirt is made to order with a production time of between 5 to 6 weeks. In light of this, any cancellation or replacement request must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. The order cannot be canceled and no credit can be issued for it after that period.

The Blue Dress Skirt is a basic component of the Blue Dress A/B/C/D Uniforms worn by Female Officers and Enlisted personnel, although they have the option of wearing either the Blue Dress Skirt or Blue Dress Slacks if the Commander has not prescribed the wear of slacks to ensure uniformity of appearance. (Additionally, slacks must be worn in lieu of a skirt if tattoos on the lower leg or foot are visible when wearing the skirt).

When wearing the skirt, smokey/grey/off black hose is required for evening or formal events, while flesh-toned hose is mandated for daytime or less formal occasions. The hem of the skirt will fall to between one inch above and one inch below the kneecap, with a hem or facing between two and three inches wide, with the seams pressed open and flat.
