Service Dress Blue Trousers are worn by male Coast Guard personnel (and by female personnel who opt to wear them in lieu of the Service Dress Blue Slacks) with the Service Dress Blue, Dinner Dress Blue, Winter Dress Blue, Tropical Blue, Undress Blue – Winter, and Undress Blue – Summer.
