USPHS COMMISSIONED CORPS CUFF LINKS

The uniform regulations of the United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps specifically allows two types of cuff (link or stud) made in one of two designs: plain gold or featuring a gold Corps device insignia (caduceus mounted perpendicularly on a fouled anchor). When wearing cuff links, their face should be directed outboard from the wearer.

Cuff links are a required component of the male and female Dinner Dress Blue Jacket and Dinner Dess White Jacket uniforms and are an optional component for the male and female Dinner Dress Blue and Dinner Dress White Jacket. They’re also optional for only the male versions of the Full Dress and Service Dress Blue uniforms.
