Master Class Oxidized Diver Badge/Breast Insignia. Diving Badge is awarded to those service members who have obtained qualifications as military divers. The Naval Diving Badges are issued in several degrees to the members of Navy and Coast Gaurd.
The Navy diving badges are issued for deep sea dive qualifications and are issued in the degrees of First Class,second class and Master class Diver. Master class divers are the most qualified divers of the Navy.Before applying to become a Master class diver, a member must be a chief petty officer of the Navy.
