Shipment tracking not up to date
All international orders are sent with a trackable method of shipment.
SHIPMENTS WITH USPS (United States Postal Services):
The USPS is required to scan all packages that are shipped with a trackable method. The last scan happens on exit from the United States. Depending on the destination country, the exit location could be New York, Chicago, or Los Angeles.
Once the package leaves the United States, we no longer control the process and it varies by country/time of the year. Often, the package is not scanned for days, or it is scanned but it is not reflected online until few days later (not real time).
Often, packages that don't have any new tracking updates once they leave the United States are with the Customs Office (who tend not to scan packages). Please contact your customs office or your post office with the tracking number to learn more about your package.
Please understand that we are just the shipper, not the carrier, and we have no control over the carriers.
SHIPMENTS WITH UPS / FedEx / DHL:
Private carriers control their package flow most of the way and should show updated tracking. if your tracking number stalls for more than one working day, please contact us to investigate.
